Refund Policy - the basics
RETURNS
We gladly accept merchandise for return within 30 days from the order shipment date at no cost to you, provided it:

Is in new condition

Is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached.

Is accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt.
Limited-edition styles are eligible for return within seven days of the shipping date.
EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.

Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.

Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.

Exchanged item(s) must be received within 14 days from the day the exchange is initiated online to avoid being charged.

Buy Online, Pickup In Store and Ship to Store orders are not eligible for exchanges, but can be returned in-store or by mail via our online returns process.
